PHR Dining Experience, Rising Stars presents “HOPs AROUND THE WORLD” Date: Friday, August 25, 2017 Venue: Sheraton Laguna Guam Banquet Room Time: 18:30 – 21:00 Ticket Pricing: $75 (PHR member) $80 (General) A special dining experience for guests to enjoy 5 specialty regional menu’s from 5 regions around the world with beer pairing prepared by the up and coming chefs from 5 premier hotels. 14 different beers with 14 different appetizers to choose from. Guests will enjoy dishes and beers from Mexico (prepared by Chef Tito Sablan of PIC Guam), USA (prepared by Chef Derrick Castro of Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort), Asia (prepared by Chef Reen Cosca of Hotel Nikko Guam), Netherlands (prepared by Chef Angelo Diaz of Hilton Guam Resort and Spa), and England (prepared by Chef Jason Allejo of Hyatt Regency Guam).
